There is a time and place for everything.  If you are feeling lousy in the morning, and can’t get anything done, most likely you won’t do any better in the evening.  Yet, we sometimes trick ourselves into believing that things will get better when we are chased with deadlines.  Break that downward spiral before it takes control of your internal clock and health.  Call it a day, as early as you can, and actually enjoy dinner.  Get into bed with your favorite book, and fall into a dream full of serendipity.  Good night, and sweet dreams, everyone.
